Well, almost. Balon is on his base, but I have some more rub off to deal with before he's really finished. It's not my best piece ever, but I'm not unhappy with it. The water effects dried a bit cloudy - I think I put on too much too quickly. I also put some splotches of paint on top of it meant to look like sea foam. Successful? Enh.

Started on the next guy, too. This is one of the last couple lizard men I have left. I've based coated him and his wings. It took about 50 minutes.
