BB: Skin shading and highlighting, face

Finished the shading on Barbarian Barbie and put on highlights. Also moved on to her face, but didn't finish the eyes. That means she looks a little...odd. I'm pretty happy with her skin, but may go back and add a couple brighter highlights in a few limited places.
