Finished up the vamp. Not bad for a quick paint.

Vamp: Dress, Hair

I forgot I was going to work on the highlights on her arms, so I went right to her dress and hair. Need to highlight the dress and finish the hair. Not sure I'm sold on the hair color yet. Hopefully I'll remember to go back and deal with the arms next time.

Vamp: Skin, Face

Finished shading and highlighting her skin, and did face details. Then debated colors. I think I'm going to go with black dress, white hair. She might end up looking kinda drow-ish, but that's fine. I need to mess some more with the highlights on her arms, too. 

Vamp Lady, Jester

I will get back to the Keeper of Secrets shortly, but I've got a lot going on right now which is leaving me with limited energy for painting. So, I started up something that I don't feel like I have to do a stellar job on. I found this in my bin of unpainted but prepped figures. I think she's supposed to be a vampire. I'm trying out some more Army Painter Fanatic paints on her skin. This is a base coat and one round of shadow. Again, a little glossier than I like.

I also plan to start on this GW guy. It's a Death Jester. There are a number of pieces that aren't attached yet. I need to decide on colors for him.

Finished Poison Ivy.

Poison Ivy: Outfit, Base

Shaded and highlighted her clothes, then based and washed the base. Almost done! Oh, I also fiddled with her face a bit. It's a little better in person, but still looks pretty bad in pictures.

Poison Ivy: Hair, Outfit

Finished her hair and base coated her costume. I might revisit that face; it's pretty bad.

Poison Ivy: Skin, Face, Hair

Worked a bit on Poison Ivy. I highlighted her skin, did some face details, and base coated the hair. This is not a great sculpt. 

Keeper of Secrets: Skin

Another project - the Keeper of Secrets. There are a number of pieces of this figure that haven't been attached yet; once again, I need to finish the legs before getting the rest of the bottom pieces on. Also, it's a large figure.

Here's the third plant, completed. That brings my total to 18 for the year, so I have hit my goal. Yay

3rd Plant, Poison Ivy

Started on the 3rd plant and primed Poison Ivy herself. Not sure I'll work on them at the same time; I think I'm going to use different greens on her.

Plants: Flowers

 Not much to say, I got the flower parts done on these plants today. I just have to do the bases now, so maybe done tomorrow?

Plants: Greenery

Started on the plants. This is stems and leaves, probably done. Not sure I love it but it'll probably do.

Next Projects: Plants, Keeper

Teeing up my next projects. These first are a couple of monster plants that go with a Poison Ivy set for a Batman minis game. There are three plants total and Poison Ivy herself. I'm hoping to be able to rip through them pretty quickly. I'd been putting them off with the plan of making a display base as well...and then it occurred to me that I can paint them and do the base whenever.

And here's the large base I was working on at the same as I was doing the Masque's base. It will go to the Keeper of Secrets, which is a large mini. I'm having doubts about the base. We'll see.

Masque: Sash, Scepter, Sleeves

Got shading and highlights on the blue bits, highlights on the sleeves, and shading on the gold parts that I hadn't shaded yet.

Almost there.

Masque: Jewelry, Gems

I think all the gold bits and gems from the waist and below are done, except for the end decorations on the blue sash things. Also everything on their chest. So, maybe half done on the jewelry?

I need to finish the jewelry, the sash, and the scepter. Probably most of the rest of the week for all that.
